RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We love the products that we offer and hope you love your purchase too. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of items for exchange or refund (less shipping fees) within 14 days of the order's original ship date.
Please notify us via email as soon as possible for return request at email@example.com with your order number, item(s) you want to send back, and the reason for return. Indicate your preference either for an exchange or refund in the original form of payment. Please include the original packing receipt/invoice with your return merchandise and mark item(s) to be returned and reason for return.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, all items/merchandise must be returned in original condition-- unused, and unworn with all original tags attached and packaging intact. DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS-- including jewelry and greeting cards-- are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.
We inspect all items prior to shipping and returned merchandise. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including return/exchange shipping costs and all fees/taxes/duties, where applicable. We do not refund shipping costs and international duties/taxes. Returns must be sent prepaid and we recommend that you use a trackable carrier and insured mail service for the purchase amount. Vuela Boutique is not responsible for shipping damage or loss of returned goods to us that occur on shipping.
Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company could take additional time to post the credit to your account. Refunds are made in the original form of payment, less the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want to exchange your merchandise for, to ensure that the item is in stock. If the item is no longer available for exchange, we will contact you with other merchandise options or send a refund. When we receive your return, we will refund you for the cost of the returned item less shipping costs.
