SHIPPING

We strive to process your order as efficiently and as fast as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days, holidays excluded. You will receive an email confirmation after placement of order and payment. An email will be sent including details of your order and tracking information when your item has shipped. Orders are shipped from California. All orders shipped within California will be charged a state sales tax on their purchase.

Domestic (US) Customers:
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS ground with tracking/confirmation. Some orders will include insurance and require a signature on receipt.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping rates are based on your order total.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $150.00 

DURATION: Most packages arrive within 2-7 business days of shipment. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please choose the Express Mail option.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:  Express mail option is available through USPS Express Mail or UPS for a flat rate of $30.95 for all domestic orders. Orders using this method arrive within 1-2 business days after shipment if order is placed before 11 am PST, otherwise express orders will be shipped the next business day.

We are not responsible for loss or damages from shipment. Please provide us with accurate shipping address, as we will not be held responsible for inaccurate shipping information provided to us. When using your regular PayPal account for payment, please make sure your shipping address is correct or choose the accurate shipping address for the shipment.
 
International Customers:
We ship to countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavian countries and most countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America. International orders are shipped via USPS international service or UPS Worldwide Service for a flat rate of $26.95 and include tracking to most destinations.Shipment to Canada is a flat rate of $16.95. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150.00

International orders may arrive between 6-10 business days. Vuela Boutique is not responsible for delays due to customs. International orders may be subject to import duties and vary with each country. We are not responsible for these import charges. All payment of customs fees, taxes or import duties through your home country is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Gifts:
Please write us a note at check out if the item is a gift and we will include FREE gift wrapping with a note. Due to customs regulations, we cannot offer gift wrapping for international orders.
